Visualization works better in the present tense. Write everything as if it already exists. Your vision can just entail a small aspect of the ideal reality. It can just be written in a few lines and it doesn't have to be realistic - as sometimes the impossible is possible, when we start thinking it is. Add a picture if you want to, to strengthen the vision.
